Lyn Westin

Lyn Westin took her first plié in the Syracuse, NY area and never looked back. After twirling her way through a successful competition career as a teen, she pirouetted down to Raleigh, NC to earn her B.A. in Dance Studies at Meredith College. There, she didn’t just hit the stage—she owned it, choreographing and performing at festivals across the country and proudly repping her college along the way.

With 13 years of teaching experience from coast to coast, Lyn has finally hung up her suitcase and planted her dance shoes in Colorado Springs. Enter: Westin Danceworks—a dream decades in the making. Lyn is all in, all the time—bringing her signature flair, fresh energy, and a whole new kind of dance studio vibe to the Springs.

When Lyn isn’t leaping across the studio or choreographing the next big number, she’s busy being a mom to four fabulous daughters and the reigning queen of her cat’s world. A proud Swiftie, Lyn can quote Taylor lyrics for just about any life situation, and she considers a Netflix binge session a well-earned art form. While she brings the energy in the studio, at home she’s all about cozy vibes, fuzzy socks, and a firm belief that “hibernation” should be a seasonal sport.
